The June 2009 Multnomah Democrat is belatedly a little behind schedule but never fear, it's worth the wait. Check it out!

Multnomah County is now blue, blue, blue, and Vice-chair Susan Silodor congratulates all of us for helping win the elections that made this happen. Finally: East County is Blue! Greg Matthews, Nick Kahl, Suzanne Van Orman and Laurie Monnes Anderson all swept to strong wins. Brent Barton won in southern Multnomah (shared with Clackamas) to join the victory parade. And just to add the cherry to the cake, Judy Stiegler won in Bend — thanks in part to the financial and feet-on-the-street support of Democrats from Multnomah County.
