Sorenson, Hill Chosen Instead KOIN.com PORTLAND -- With the May primary just three months away, the Multnomah County Democratic party says it is not endorsing incumbent Gov. Ted Kulongoski. KulongoskiIt is instead giving dual backing to two other Democratic gubernatorial candidates. The committee met over the weekend and voted to endorse Lane County Commissioner Pete Sorenson and former State Treasurer Jim Hill.
